Nick Porter is an Associate Attorney at Carter & Valenti, focusing his practice in civil litigation defense, including premises liability, personal injury, and commercial litigation.
Nick has more than a decade of litigation experience representing businesses and individuals in a broad range of civil matters. His experience includes defending commercial clients in premises liability and personal injury cases, as well as handling matters involving contract disputes and other complex litigation issues.
Throughout his career, Nick has managed cases through all stages of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, expert discovery, and trial preparation. He has experience drafting and arguing dispositive motions, evaluating insurance coverage issues, and developing litigation strategies designed to achieve favorable outcomes for his clients.
